What HomeTrust would cost
Every plan in the HomeTrust specification, for tenants, landlords and PG owners, with the two transaction fees and the services priced on their own. These are the prices we intend to charge.
Nothing is charged today
No plan can be purchased yet. There is no checkout, no card field and no invoice, and every account is free while HomeTrust is in its first release.
The escrow and match fees would apply only once escrow is live. It is not: HomeTrust holds no money today.

Charged per tenancy, on top of any plan, once money can move through the platform.

What an account costs today
Nothing. No plan can be purchased yet and nothing is charged. You can list, search, book visits, apply and run a tenancy on a free account; deposits and rent are recorded, but no money moves through HomeTrust and it holds none.
